Legal
Partner Program Terms
Last updated: July 5, 2026
These terms govern the HypedUp Live Creator Partner Program ("the Program"). By applying to or
participating in the Program you agree to these terms in addition to our
Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy. The Program is a
revenue-share partnership: no fees are charged to partners, and no payments are owed to partners
other than the revenue share defined below.
1. Joining the Program
- Applications are reviewed manually. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to receive payments legally.
- Acceptance, your personal promo code, and your revenue-share percentage are confirmed in writing (email or DM). That written confirmation, together with these terms, is the whole agreement.
2. What you get
- Pro access: a free Pro account on HypedUp Live for as long as you are an active partner.
- Personal promo code: a unique code your audience can redeem in the app for an in-app bonus (bonus viewers). The bonus amount is set by us and may change.
- Revenue share: the percentage agreed in your confirmation (typically 15–25%) of Net Revenue from Attributed Users.
3. Attribution & earnings
- Attributed User: an app user who redeems your promo code within 14 days of first opening the app. Each user can redeem one code, once, ever.
- Net Revenue: the amount we actually receive from Apple for purchases (coins and subscriptions, including renewals) made by Attributed Users — i.e. gross price minus Apple's commission, refunds, chargebacks, and taxes.
- Your share accrues automatically as purchases are processed. Tracking is performed by our payment infrastructure (RevenueCat) and our own ledger; our records are authoritative.
- Attribution continues for as long as the Attributed User keeps purchasing, unless the Program or your participation ends (section 7).
4. Payouts
- Payouts are made monthly, in USD, via PayPal, Wise, Bit, or bank transfer — your choice from the methods we support.
- Minimum payout: $50. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next month.
- Payouts are made only from revenue we have actually received. If Apple reverses a payment (refund/chargeback), the corresponding share is deducted from your balance.
- Holds & review. We may hold, delay, or withhold a payout for a reasonable period where we need to verify activity, investigate suspected fraud or a breach of these terms, or comply with law. Held balances are released once the review clears, minus any amounts forfeited under Section 5.
- You are responsible for your own taxes on Program earnings. We may request tax or identity information where required by law.
5. Your content obligations
- Disclose the partnership. You must clearly disclose your material connection to HypedUp Live in every promotional post, per FTC guidelines and local law (e.g. #ad, #sponsored, "שיתוף ממומן").
- Respect the product's positioning. HypedUp Live is a practice / confidence / entertainment tool. All viewers and comments are simulated and nothing is broadcast. You must not present the app as a way to deceive real people, fake real fame to defraud others, or mislead your audience about what the app does.
- No spam, bots, incentivized-install schemes, code-sharing sites, coupon aggregators, or paid ads on our brand terms. Codes are for your own organic audience.
- Content must comply with the platform rules where you post it and must not be hateful, sexually explicit, or targeted at children.
Fraud voids earnings. Self-redemption, fake accounts, incentivized redemptions, or any
manipulation of the attribution system will result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of any
unpaid balance connected to the fraudulent activity.
6. Brand use
While you are a partner we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the HypedUp Live name,
logo, and screen recordings of the app in your promotional content. You may not register domains, social
handles, or app-store listings containing our brand, or claim to be an official representative.
7. Term & termination
- Either side can end the partnership at any time, with notice by email or DM — there is no lock-in.
- On termination we pay out any balance above $10 in the next monthly cycle, after which no further share accrues. Termination for fraud (section 5) forfeits the related balance.
- We may pause or end the Program as a whole; accrued balances are honored per this section.
8. The usual legal points
- Our discretion. We may, at our discretion and with notice where practicable, pause your accrual, adjust your rev-share percentage, cap earnings over a given period, or suspend your participation in the Program. Any such change is not retroactive to balances that have already accrued and cleared, except where Section 5 (fraud) applies.
- You are an independent partner — not an employee, agency, or joint venture.
- The Program is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee earnings, app availability, or specific bonus values.
- Our total liability under the Program is limited to the unpaid balance in your ledger.
- We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to promote after that is acceptance.
